Hello,

Airsoft is a new concept in Central Florida for the most part.� There aren't very many organised teams and most people still resort to backyard airsoft as their permentant way of playing.� We are providing an alternative of real airsoft gameplay for everyone to enjoy.� We hope to get well over 100 members and have large games of over 20v20.�

We expect all of our members to be mature and responsible on the airsoft field and have a zero tolerance policy for cheating.� We also have several positions open for people that want to do other things besides just play.� These include officers, refs, and organisation officers.� If you are interested in becoming one, please remember to post on www.cairsoft.forump.biz.

The basics of Rules and Policies for Central Florida Airsoft

This is how our team is going to work:

In order to keep organisation, we intend on doing everything over this website...no 5 hours of phone calling the day before a game. Everything will be posted here on this website, our old websites are not going to be used again.

We are currently looking for good locations to have our games but for now we are using a few backyards in windimere and a community park here in Clermont (with permission). We are looking at some other locations right now that are absolutely great, including a 10 acre property in Windemere and a 12 acre property here in Clermont.

Games will be organised as so:

We will have a ONCE A MONTH huge game in which we will collect as many members as possible and have a game on the biggest property possible. These games will start either in October or November, most likely November due to the fact that we want to have over 100 members on the site before we do that.

We will have two games a month of decent size, most likely being between a 12v12 to a 20 v 20. Because of our lack of members since we are new, we will only have one of these games in September, and possibly in October too, but by November we should have enough members to have more games.

On refs:

Once game sizes reach 12v12 we will start recruiting refs either from the local area or from the team itself. The person wanting to be a ref will have to undergo a small training on how not to give off possitions but still not get shot. Refs will be given an orange vest during the game, I will post a topic on refs specificaly later.

On Fees:

Every player will be required to pay a $5 fee every TWO games. This is for the refs and for our team as a whole to be able to afford a turret or materials for building our projects. $5 isnt asking a lot considering it gets you access to that property that day and the ability to play airsoft with other people. Not paying your fees will result in you NOT playing!

Small Games:

There are several things that I want to cover with small games...

#1: If a small game or skirmish is being hosted within our team/league an officer/leader DOES have to be present.

#2: Small games will occur at various times throughout the months and will be hosted usually in fields that we dont play on often like several backyards put together or a small private property. In this case please have permission from owners of the land before playing on it.

#3: In medium and small games/skirmishes, not everyone will be invited. In important games such as vs another team, only the best players and officers will be abl to play. In small games whoever is invited that can pay the fee of $5 will be allowed to participate though small games should have less then 20 players.

Competitions:

We do intend on holding competitions here in which awards like free pistols and ammunition will be given to the winner, we will hopefully have one competition a month starting in November.

On Officers and Rank:

There is already a post up for rankup oportunities on the site but there will also be a topic up for rank up rules in games. But the basic over view is that the most mature players that pay their fees and participate often and usually do good will be ranked up. Demotion will accur for breaking rules or acting immature.

I will have a more indepth topic on most of these factors later, but this is the basic over view of our policies...One more thing, before your first game you will be required to fill out and sign a quick form.

Cheating and Misconduct Policies

Here at Central Florida Airsoft, we want to make playing airsoft as fun and adrenaline pumping as possible.� So to keep up to these standards we must stop any cheating and/or misconduct that is taking place on the field, so I have organized this article that I wrote to be our new Code Of Conduct Regarding Cheating and Misbehavior.

Please read it thoroughly and learn it!

CODE OF CONDUCT SETUP (0.1.0/a.)

�

The code of airsoft conduct will be set up as so:

�

First Number in category Mark = the section of the Code of Conduct it is in; in this case it is 0 because this portion of it is the baseline of all of our policies.

�

The second number is the Category it is in; this setup is in Category 1 of Part 0, and the Cheating portion of this guide is in Category 2 of Part 0.

�

The Third Number is the Sub Category; this represents the Sub areas of the Category still relating to the main point of the Category.

�

The /letter is the sub section of each sub area, which means that it relates directly to the sub area, but needed its own paragraph.��

0.2.0/a.�� Cheating:

www.dictionary.com definition:

To act dishonestly; practice fraud.

To violate rules deliberately, as in a game: was accused of cheating at cards.

Cheating in an airsoft game is unacceptable.� Not only will it make you mad and others mad, but also has long term results�for more information on the antics and results of cheating, look up my article Cookies For Cheaters.

�0.2.0/b.

Cheating will result in an automatic suspension from the field.� Other consequences may follow.� If you are caught by a ref, while obviously cheating, then you will be immediately suspended from the field.� If the ref feels that it may have hit in an area that isn�t relatively obvious then he can decide from there�if he thinks that you where not cheating, you will simply be told to sit out that round since you where hit, if he thinks you where cheating of course you will be suspended.� In the event that the ref cannot tell if you are cheating on purpose or not due to it being a relatively obvious shot that you may not have felt due to heavy clothing or high adrenaline, then he will bring it up with an officer, and the officer will decide from there, regardless, the player will be out for that round still.�

0.2.0/c.

Refs may be lenient for the most part when it comes to the results of a possible cheating incident, they will be trained on how to react, however, don�t take this for granted and think that they will hesitate to suspend you because they will not.� Cheating is unacceptable in any case and will not be tolerated on our fields.�

0.2.0/d.

After being suspended 3 times you will be expelled from the team.� After that you will no longer be able to play with us or be a part of our community.� Please do not let this happen to you and be smart about your decisions.�

��0.2.1/a.

In the event that you cheat, and then get someone out, they are still out unless the ref clarifies otherwise.� So, if two people hit each other, they are both out, this is to prevent any arguments from happening about this scenario.� However, if the cheating is obvious and the ref is positive on his decision then the player that did not cheat will be called back in.� If it is a case where they are the last two people in a game or it is a complicated matter, a ref will notify an officer.�

0.2.2/a.

You may not communicate with a ref in anyway before, during, or after a game, unless given permission by an officer.� This helps to prevent bribery or a biased approach on something.� If players are allowed to talk to refs the refs may start to think that because a player is honest most of the time that he never cheats, and that he will not have to leave the game if he gets hit because it was probably an accident.� In the same way, refs will not be allowed to communicate with players unless to tell them that they are breaking a rule or are out.� However, in order to show that the player is paying attention, they may respond with �Yes� �No� �Sorry� or �Ok� if they want to they can add a �sir� or �mam/miss� to it as long as it is respectable.� If a player asks a ref a question with the permission of an officer or states something with the permission of an officer, the ref may respond, if the ref is suspicious of something, he will still respond but talk with the officer later.

The penalty for speaking to a ref disrespectfully, without permission, or out of place, will be of you getting suspended from the field.� If it is an emergency or if an officer tells you to, then it will be excused.� This rule does not apply to officers, though they must respect the rules they are taught.

In the event that a player decides that he does not have to listen to the rules, he will immediately be suspended from the field.� We have no intentions on making airsoft a dangerous and disliked sport for our community�we need people to see all of the positive sides of airsoft so we can better meet their needs for better playing times and more popularity with the public�as airsoft being a good sport, not a time consuming illegal antic practiced by stupid teenagers that like to abuse their privileges.�

0.3.1/a

Cheating (As specified previously 0.2.0/a.�� ) is a form of misconduct, so it will be treated like one.� If accused of cheating you will be subject to the consequences mentioned above.� Cheating just adds towards your 3 suspensions and will get you off of the team pretty fast.

0.3.2/a.

Inappropriate clothing:

Coming to our field with anything other then what is expected is a form of misconduct.� You are not permitted to wear bathing suits, bathrobes, pajamas, any form of bikini/speedo, tights, or any other form of clothing that is inappropriate for airsoft.� Also, wearing nothing is also misconduct, and/or missing clothing; there will be no shirtless, goggle-less, pants-less, or shoe-less playing.� In the event that you disobey a clothing rule, you will be given one warning to go home and change, or to put on more clothing.� If you come to the field without the proper clothing, you will be asked to go home and change, if you come to the field with no clothing at all, or possibly even shirtless, you may be suspended.� After you get your one warning, if you do not change and/or put on more clothing, then you will be suspended from the field.� Or reasoning is because not only is wearing to little clothing a hazard to yourself, but no one needs to be offended by what they see�� Keep in mind; any type of suspension will still result in you being removed from the team after 3 times.�

In addition to not wearing inappropriate clothing, we would also PREFER that you do not wear very heavy clothing.� Heavy clothing may stop you from feeling a bb and refs will not be allowed to pity you for that, if you wear heavy clothing and the ref sees a bb hit you, you will be accused of cheating (Still following the above standards 0.2.0/a.�� )

�0.3.3/a

Arguing:

Cheating will usually result in an argument of some sort.� Arguing will not be permitted on our airsoft field; once an argument starts, you will be given only one warning to stop it before you get suspended from the field.� What refs say goes, and players are not allowed to accuse other players of cheating!� Players may not tell other players that they hit them, that is up to a ref and the other player to decide.� Even if you think you hit someone or you know you hit them, don�t mention anything, let them choose to cheat and then afterwards a ref may catch them, if not, don�t mention anything afterwards.� To prevent arguments, if you think for any reason that you or a team mate was hit, tell that team mate or yourself to get out�. don�t let it slide, because then there is a possibility of a less mature player starting an argument.� In the event that there is an argument an officer or a ref must warn you, then you must stop the argument immediately unless you have a suspension wish.�

�0.3.3/b.

If you are being yelled at by another player but you are not arguing back, then an officer will decide weather or not you should be suspended, because most likely you are not a cause of the problem, though if the officer thinks you are completely ignoring them for the sake of being mean, then you will be suspended (Or warned if not already).

�0.3.4/a

Disrespect:

Talking back and/or using abusive tone or words towards another player or a ref, will be considered disrespectful behavior.� Acting disrespectfully towards anyone will give him or her the opportunity to report you to an officer.� If the officer then chooses for you to be suspended, you will be suspended with the vote of another officer.

Disrespect is not only a sign of immaturity, but it is gives the whole team a mark for unorganized behavioral issues.� We don�t need people looking down on airsoft as if it is causing problems, because in that case, it wont take them long to find us guilty of some sort of accusation.

Irresponsibility and language:

Because we may be playing with younger kids or people that prefer not to curse, language must be kept to a minimum at the field.� Do to the normal age group, we wont be very strict with this, but if inappropriate terms are used around little kids or if a code word for something is inappropriate, then we will consider suspension if you don�t stop after receiving 1 or 2 warnings.� If you have a problem with a members speech, bring it up with an officer, not another member or the member causing the problem.

Most members should be old enough to know how to be responsible with their actions around younger kids.� Irresponsibility will be treated as a major problem and will get you suspended very quickly�we don�t need to have little kids learning about subjects that they don�t need to know about or being forced to do something they don�t want to do, especially if it involves an in-game procedure such as running at an MG nest as a distraction�use your brains no matter how small the are, to tell you what is appropriate and what isn�t.��

HIGH LEVEL OFFENSES:

High level offenses are the more serious things that could happen on an airsoft field that have the potential to harm people and even kill people.� These are the worst possible things that could happen and they need to be avoided at all costs, this is so that not only people don�t get hurt, but also we don�t get sued or are placed in a position so we cannot play anymore.

0.4.1/a.

Breaking Field Rules and/or Team Rules:

In a case where you break team/field rules, you will be suspended immediately.� It is unacceptable to be acting immaturely while trying to play a sport where you are shooting bbs at each other that are flying at 400-500 fps.�

�0.4.2/a.

Now for a highly debatable title�Using force to stop a rampaging player(s).� In the situation where a player is told by a ref to leave and he doesn�t, or has started a fight, or is arguing intensely, or is doing anything else that may result in someone getting hurt, after an attempt to calm them by an officer, a ref will get involved�which is when it may get interesting.� Refs will be equipped with blow dart guns that are loaded with stun darts; these hurt way more then airsoft and in the hands of a good dart blower, these things can put someone on their butt.� If someone still doesn�t calm down, officers will decide whether to call their parents, and if they drove there themselves, the police.� The reason we will do this is to prevent people from getting severely injured and to try to minimize the possibility of it getting worse.� All you have to do to prevent this is to act mature.

0.4.2/b.

Also, all players must come with the proper equipment, including goggles and water.� This will further prevent injury/ dehydration on the field.� Goggles must be worn at all times while a game is in play, and if they are removed you may be suspended.�

�0.4.3/a.

If someone comes to the field intoxicated with any type of drug, or brings drugs to the field, the police will be called immediately!� It goes for people brining weaponry that is not allowed onto the field.� In the event that someone does bring a weapon to the field, then we will try to calm him/her down and get it from them, if they are acting violently with it, then refs will try to abstain them (Unless it is a fire arm or life threatening piece of equipment) while other players get back.

Over Night Game Concept along with Boosting Popularity

Well, a few of us have decided that one of the main things that we could do to not only get attention for our airsoft league, but also to give members a great time, is an all night game.� Now, the first thing I would like to say is that this is NOT going to happen soon�so don�t get to excited.� We do however have one location that this could be made possible at.� Our playing area of 200 acres is off limit to us for an over night game, so that is out of the picture, as well as any community parks due to legality and most private property.� So really there is only one option, and that is the field near the winery.�

Now, the next two problems, besides it not being owned by us or able to be used privately by us, they not only are all of 18 years of age and up, but they don�t play there as often as we would prefer.� The problem with them being over 18 years old, is that they all probably have jobs that they need to go to, and some of them are relatively older men that probably wouldn�t even make it through a night of game play while being able to stay awake.� Having jobs also gives them the opportunity to have great gear, as an example of that, one of them has a 650 fps full metal sniper rifle that is full automatic capable.� So beyond the fact that their equipment is way better then most of ours, and that they may not even make it through the night, they also don�t play there very often and tend to travel.� They play a lot at Orange County Paintball and only have occasional games at the winery field.�

�� Another problem that presents itself, is that with the last game that was supposed to take place with them at the winery, we ended up now showing up because of the 15 people that I invited all changing their minds at the last second�thankfully we are more organized now, but they don�t know that and probably lost some respect for us.� We also have never met them, nor do we know how exactly they play; I am assuming they are somewhat good if they participate in large events at OCP (Which we will hopefully start doing soon enough as well).�

So, now that you know our current situation, you need to know what we are envisioning.� We don�t want to do a capture the flag game, or team free for all game�nor will we be doing a game where you have to get out once you get hit, these will lead to the game either being short ended or a player having to sit out.� So here is what we want:

1: Prep for the game:1.1:� Number of players.As preparation for this game we want to have at least 40 players, a 20v20 would be an acceptable minimal about of players.� All players would need to be fully prepared and in good physical and mental condition.� The players that would qualify would be sent PM or email invitations to come to the game, and would be expected to respond with a for sure answer within 48 hours to provide us with 1 week to finish planning and to have a head count before that week came.1.1.a:� The draw back to this is that we would need over 100 members in our league first, the reasoning is that in a huge over night game like this, we would not want to have either immature players, cheaters, or players that don�t take airsoft seriously.� This over night game would be set up as close to a real military situation as possible, so we don�t need immature players whining and/or quitting, we also don�t want players that will tire early and decide to stop playing.� So 100 members is an acceptable number of people to choose the 40 most mature from.� If we don�t reach 100 by the time we decide to have a game, the game will be smaller but still limited to the most mature players.1.2: Bases.Before the game, we will be constructing bases.� The bases will be very separated and would consist of a tent for every member (Unless they are family members�), barricades and walls if needed made of surrounding materials, foxholes, small trenches, and whatever else would be necessary for this situation.� There will be no fires or fire pits constructed at bases, nor will there be any defenses that can cause harm to someone, such as deep holes, spikes, poison Ivy, ect.1.3: Equipment.All players would need to bring their own gun and ammunition; there will be no loaning of guns or ammunition at this event.� Players will also be expected to bring camo, their own food, water, and anything else that would normally be brought to a airsoft game.� The things that players will bring that they would normally not bring are their own tents and possibly a blanket and pillow, or a chair or two.

2: Game Information.2.1. General Information and times.Please not that all of this information is subject to change depending on when and where we play, but this is as close as I can determine it to be as of now:�� The arrival time at the field would be at 8:00 A.M. at the earliest and 9:00 A.M. at the latest, this will provide people a more flexible schedule, however, failure to show up at 9:00 A.M. without a viable excuse will result in you not playing.�� At precisely 9:00 A.M. we would leave to construct our bases, and we will spend 3 hours doing so.� This will include unpacking everything and setting up and digging/fortifying structures at your base.� 12:00 P.M. will be lunchtime.� While the players are eating lunch, the officers from each team will meet in a designated area, so they don�t know of the location of each other�s bases.� Here the officers will inform one another of any problems, dangerous impurities in the land, problems with players, and any other objects of discussion that may prove important.� They will also show each other the general location of their base on the map (Every player will be sent a map to print on their pc) and also total area that they claim as their territory (Where they will for sure have scattered defenses).� Now the game will be set up in general and officers will return by 1:00 P.M.�� The next thing that will occur will be at 1:00 P.M. in which the leader of each team will confer with me.� After that, we will all return to our bases.� By 1:30 P.M. all players will need to be at their bases.� At precisely 1:35 P.M. a call will be made on all radio, and I will announce the start of the game, and both leaders will have to agree to be ready.� After all is done, the game will be started by at latest 1:45 P.M.� During all of the time between lunch and the starting time, players will be allowed to continue to work on the bases and getting their equipment ready.�� The game will continue all the way up until 8:00 exactly, when there will be a 10 minute intermission in which all players will be accounted for and team leaders will be able to ensure each other that no problems have occurred.� In order to prevent players from being in combat at this time, Officers on each team will be asked to call all of the players on the field back to base with walkie-talkies at 7:30 P.M., though it may be a pain, it IS necessary and reasonable.� During this time, players will be able to eat their dinner.� Dinner will consist of no more then simply a variety of snacks such as cliff bars and maybe some fruit or MREs, along with something to drink, preferably water.� �� After 8:10, the game will commence once again with a radio call from the officers and leaders.� After this point, the game will not stop again until 1:00 A.M. when all players will once again be accounted for, but this time in the field, officers will spend 5 minutes on this.� After this, the next break won�t occur until Noon the next day, when a lunch break will be called.� �� The following day at 12:45 P.M. the game will continue, and last until 3:00 P.M.� At this time, the game will end and all players will be called back to their bases.�� At 3:45 all players will be expected to be back at base and to start packing up, from then on it will be all packing and leaving.�� By 5:00 P.M. all things should be packed and everyone should be ready to leave or have already left.2.1 Date estimations.The way things are going, we are gaining members slowly, but the average of members per month is growing faster, so we hope to be able to have our 100 member mark by Spring break, however, the end of spring and the beginning of summer and throughout summer time, is all too hot for most people to put up with.� If we reach our mark by shortly after Christmas break, we will have the game hopefully in spring break, however, after that point, it will be not until the thanksgiving break of the next year that we would have it.� 2.3 Location.As said before, it is most likely to take place at the winery, if this does happen, then we wouldn�t have that big of a playing area for that many people, but it would suffice.� It is 12 acres.�

3: Scenario3.1 General Scenario:You already can probably guess what the main point of the game will be�considering that is how it plays into the organization of the day.Two teams will be pre-picked before the game.� Both teams will be a small battalion from rival countries that created bases unexpectedly close to one another.� A spy from each faction had noticed something important about the other team, however the location of the bases is still only limited to what the officers know.� One of the teams weakness is that they do not have any rear defense systems installed, though they may rely on simply the soldiers it has, there are no artificially installed defenses at the rear, this was due to a shortage of supplies, so this team will use strong side and forward camp defenses, as well as a strong rear guard to cover for their lack of cover and protection in the rear.� This means that there will be no machine gun nests, any form of cover that was artificially placed there, the area itself cannot be a very good place for cover (Relatively low cover and trees, ect.), and no snipers can be camping there (though they can still fire if need be, they cannot guard that area in particular), and the area must be equal to the front of the base in length (must be congruent and parallel).� The other team has a major weakness of lacking information on the whereabouts of the supply dump that is being searched for, while the other team knows where it is.We will refer to the teams as team A (Team with no rear defenses) and Team B (Team with lack of info).

�Team B has just arrived recently, which is why they lack a rear defense system, while Team A has been here longer.� However, team B�s spy had found the supply dump, and knows the general location, pinpointed down to a very small area.� Both teams are in need of supplies, but also want to eliminate one another.� However, there is another factor involved.� Each team also lost valuable Intel to spies, which each team managed to kill before they returned to the others base, however, the spies had hidden the Intel shortly before their death.� Each team needs the other teams Intel to be able to launch the main attack on the other teams country.�

The fight has begun and both teams are struggling to survive, however, team B has struggled upon another problem, because they are new to the area, they hadn�t had time to set up all of the proper ambushes, so they walked into one themselves and took casualties, among these was an officer that had papers of great importance, lucky for team b, a brave soldier recovered these papers and brought them back to base, however, the person was to stupid to keep them at base and instead gave them to an officer to hold onto.� If the officer is hit and looses the papers, the other team has a valuable source of information that they can use.�

Team A likewise ran into a mishap, however, in their case, it wasn�t an ambush that hurt them, it was a severe storm that disabled a vehicle loaded with important papers, one of these papers contains information on the location of the supply dump, and some info on the enemy territory that can prove to be very valuable.� Team A knows where the vehicle crashed, but the papers had been lost before hand and Team B already found the truck and destroyed it, however, team b didn�t know of the papers, but they are now on the look and know of the location of where the car used to be.Now, each team has 20 men and must eliminate the other and complete all of the objectives.

2.2 Rules.This scenario will allow for a long consistent game play, however, it wouldn�t last very long if when you got shot you had to be done.� When you get shot you must lie on the ground and tie a dead rag around your head, you cannot be touching your weapon, and you must not talk or move (Unless it is fidgets just for fun to make it seem realistic).� You will have a rope tied around your waist with three knots.� When you get hit, once you lay on the ground and have done what was said above, you may call for the medic, or radio for one, all depends on whether or not you want to make your own injury realistic or not.� Once the medic reaches you, he will then untie one of your knots on your rope, you cannot move until he is completely finished, then you mush report back to base and with your dead rag still on your head, touch your revive spot.� After that, you may return to the battle.� Medics have the ability to untie as many knots as possible.� However, to make things interesting, medics also have 10 clips that they can clip to soldiers� ropes after healing them that allows them to start fighting again right where they are.� After the medic uses all 10 clips he may not use more. If it takes more then 5 minutes for a medic to get to you (Be honest, it is supposed to be realistic) then you are dead.� You will then report to a designated tent in each camp and remain INSIDE for exactly half an hour from arrival time.� If you get all of your knots untied, you are also dead, but if your knots are untied, you have to sit in the tent for a full gruesome hour!� Harsh, but adds some fun to it overall.� After you die, and have served your time in your tent, you may retie all three knots and return to the battle.� You may not retie knots until you die!� Elimination of all players of a team, if a team takes control of another team�s base, or kills all of the officers and at least 5 other soldiers will result in them winning and being allowed to surround the camp for half an hour while the other team prepares for a 1 hour invasion.� If a team wins, that team will give the base back and the other team will have half an hour to set up defenses.� In this case, the team that lost will no longer be attacking the other team, but instead defending until the hour of siege that takes place after a half an hour preparation period, is over.� If the previous victor wins the siege, then they must return to their base and let the games resume as they had before�try to prevent the other team from taking over your base at all costs!

2.3 Points and Winning.In order to determine what team won, we need a point system; this point system will allow certain objectives to give teams points.The team with the most points wins, if it is a tie, then we will call it a draw.

�Getting your own papers not only gets you 5 points, but it stops the enemy from getting 10 points, same with Intel.� Papers and Intel will not only give the enemy points, it will tell them secrets about your base and hints on how to overcome you, as well as hints as to where other objectives are (Yes there may be bonus objectives that teams wont be briefed on).� ��

Well now you understand what we want to happen and why we have troubles doing it.� So we can use your help starting now.� If you want to be able to participate in an awesome overnight airsoft game that will be huge and intense, you may want to help out with a few things.� The first thing that you could do is go ahead and get yourself registered on www.cairsoft.forump.biz , and read your Rules and Policies from the link at the top of the page on the tool bar.� Next, you can start posting and reading up on things on the website so we can get some conversations going and some action, this will get everyone wanting to participate.� The more helpful thing you could do is get us traffic as well as posting, we need as many members as possible, and though a lot of them may not play with us every game due to immaturity, age, location, lack of airsoft gun, ect., we need as many members as possible, so tell anyone that may be interested.

�

You can also help us by donating to us, we will soon have a portion of the website where you will be able to view your donations so you know that he money that you give to me to spend on the team, is not getting spent for me (It wouldn�t anyways, but just to reassure you).� We will also hold votes once we start getting donations on what we will buy�think about it, if we get 100 members and every one simply donates $5 at one event, we will have $500 to spend on a turret or rocket launcher, or anything else that you would be able to think of that I would place in a poll on the site and I would buy with that money for the team.

An equally important thing that you could do for us, is get us some land to play on, you don�t have to go and buy 100 acres, but since we cannot play on our usual 200 acre field, we will have to find another big field to play on for night games or even other causal or real games.� If you know of private property, and there is a phone number posted or you know the owner, please call him/her and ask for us to have permission to play on his/her property.� We really need playing places and would greatly appreciate your support!

The last thing that I can ask right now from everyone, is that they please go ahead and buy themselves their own equipment and a nice gun, we will reach a point where loaning wont be popular.� Besides this, please also teach yourself an attitude of honesty and seriousness for these airsoft games, while we can still have jokes and minor-hoarse play, we don�t need anyone being ridiculous during a game, so please learn to be as mature and willing to act like a soldier as possible to make fun for others.� By the way, when I say act like a soldier, I don�t mean literally, I just mean during the game when seriousness is key to having a fair game, though we still want you to have fun!

This is how the system will work.� All members are automatically placed at PFC upon joining.� Members that become our officers will start at 2^nd Lieutenant.�

The purpose of the ranking system with enlisted ranks is to not only show personal experience, but to allow for competitions and games to have teams picked more fairly for the better.

All want-to-be officers can become officers by talking to me, and I will decide if you get your position as a 2ntLt.� Anyone that is a PFC will rank up by having their officers see them perform well for a long period of time, then they will report the good behavior and show of talent to me and I will decide whether or not they get a promotion.�

�

The same thing happens with officers, if another officers or me, sees that they are performing well as a leader and maturely, they may be promoted.�

When you are a higher rank then another enlisted player, you may do a few things:

#1: Issue basic commands.�

#2: Report for them to be demoted (Has to pass through me first though).

�

When you are an officer commanding troops you may:

#1. Issue commands.

#2. Report them to me.

#3. Promote them with my permission.

#4. Demote them with my permission.

#5. Make them leave the game with my permission.

If you are an officer with a higher rank then another officer you may do the same things that an officer commanding troops can do.

Airsoft Projects�

Well, I decided that since we are still getting started, and a lot of the players that are already ready to play are just waiting�I figured I could give you something to work on.� Now�a lot of you are busy modding/fixing your guns, but to those of you who aren�t or have a lot of free time besides that of which you spend modding or fixing I have some work for you guys that could earn you money.�

This is how it will work:

�

Right now I want to build and test a whole bunch of possibly useful airsoft contraptions.� The purpose in these is to eliminate the costs it would take to buy the team real versions of these items (Which a lot of the time still don�t work well) and go ahead and make some homebrew weapons.� These cost a lot less and can still work better then professional versions.�� Now, me, being one person, cannot afford, nor do I have the time, to make all of these or to think up a lot more, so I am going to ask you guys for help, and will reward people that do a good job with money and rank opportunities.�

�

There is a section on the website for custom weapons and stuff, this section of the forums is called �Projects�.� Projects and ideas will be posted here�I have already added a few.� You can post your own or just some designs that you think may work, or even something that you want to be designed.� �Anyways, in this section you will find all of the projects that you can do.�

�

Now�this is what I want you guys to do�� You guys can choose one of the projects, the harder and bigger the better, but if you just want to contribute a little to a trip mine or something that is fine.� Now, this is what I will do.� For certain things that you make and I test, I will pay you for them, and you will get profit.� For example, if you decide to make 4 trip mines I will most likely give you $5, but if you only make 3, I will give you $3�kind of a rounding thing and I will try to be as fair to you as possible, but ALL OF THEM MUST WORK WELL!�

�

However, say you decide to make the Mortar/Rocket launcher project�in that case I would probably give you more like $30-40 for it (Depending on what parts you bought) and would also give you access to it during the game.�

�

All you have to do is go to the projects part of the forums, PM me on what you are making, make sure that I reply giving you the OK that I will pay you if it is good, make it, let me try it, and get paid if it works well.� You can design your own projects and try to make some based on requests, as long as you PM me and I tell you I will pay you if it works, I will buy it from you if it does.�

For the most part this is a low-profit hobby that you can get into.� It is fun, takes a little thinking, takes up some spare time, helps the team, and earns you a little cash as well.� If you are interested in doing this at all then by all means go ahead and start.� I look forward to seeing what you guys can come up with or build from the selections already given.�
